Different shipping charges are applicable for different order values for both COD and Prepaid Orders. In case the delivery is not accepted the first time and is returned to us, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges again.

Jewelry
Orders will be shipped out within 2-7 business days of the order date.
PREPAID ORDERS: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1500, below which a flat shipping charge of INR 70 is applicable.
COD ORDERS: Different shipping charges applicable for different order values. In case the delivery is not accepted the first time and is returned to us, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges again.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Clothing
We encourage you to make a cautious purchase. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing to avoid unnecessary exchange. If you need any measurements in detail, please write to us at hello@miradakollektive.com.
If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, we offer an exchange where the pickup will be arranged for and a new size will be shipped to you. Cost of return and shipping cost of the exchange piece has to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We're happy to accept returns if you change your mind, in which case we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange is accepted.
Please raise the request for exchange/returns within 48 hours of receiving the product through an email on hello@miradakollektive.com.
Since most of the items are made to order, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.
At Mirada Kollektive, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, fading, or dye-lot variations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Jewelry
No returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us.
JEWELRY REPAIRS
Please handle your jewelry with care as the jewelry can break if not handled carefully. But in the worst case scenario, if you still face an issue with damage/breakage, we are happy to offer free repairs for up to 3 months period after purchase as long as the piece you bought is still available on our website. You will need to provide a picture of the issue and pay for shipping.
MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email us. After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages
